Suchismito Khatua

Suchismito Khatua is a scholar of twentieth- and twenty-first-century literary and visual cultures from South Asia and its diasporas. His doctoral work traces figurations of negativity and discontent across post-revolutionary avant-gardes, including poetry, fiction, cinema, and computational media, moving between Postcolonial Studies, Feminist and Queer Theory, Critical Caste Studies, and Translation. He was previously affiliated with the University of Calcutta, Jawaharlal Nehru University, and the Freie Universität Berlin. He writes in both Bangla and English.
